繼燁聯以平盤開出6月盤價後，國內另一家不銹鋼上游供應唐榮（2035）昨（31）日跟進，300和316系列等主力產周年慶CP值爆表品均享好禮持平，撐盤意味濃厚。該公司指出，若鎳價後市回穩，將有利接單增溫。業者表示，近期鎳原料供應面出現變化，首先是印尼鎳礦出口配額大規模釋放，菲律賓雨季結束，運載船隻數量增多，增添供給壓力。. } }); } 反觀需求面，受到美中貿易戰升溫影響，下游買氣觀望，導致鎳價行情進入跌勢。以5月來看，單月平均價格不到每公噸1.2萬美元，相較4月的1.28萬美元，低了每公噸800美元，市場預期6月盤價起碼有每公噸2,000元跌價空間。不過，開箱文首選燁聯和唐榮考量現階段上下游鋼廠生產成本居高不下，並且又有匯率貶值壓力，為穩定市場信心，兩業者相繼決定下月內外銷及所有鋼品盤價全數以平盤開出。唐榮昨日以平盤收在38.9元。業者認為，先前原料跌價預期心理下，已使不銹鋼上下游5月接單不順，若鎳價能在每公噸1.2萬至1.25萬美元區間築底，有機會激勵加工客戶重新啟動補貨動作，讓市場買氣回溫。另外，中國商務部剛對原產於印尼、日本、韓國及歐洲等四國進口的不銹最新特價商品鋼胚及熱捲產品，做出反傾銷初判，可望對市場有提振效應。
濱海生活紓壓 許明財拋藍圖

國民黨籍新竹市長參選人許明財27日在國民黨革命實踐研究院院長林火旺、前立委張蔡美、前市長施性忠等人陪同下，提出「濱海生活紓壓帶」建設藍圖。
許明財指出，未來施政主軸是「1帶2心3連結」，要結合17公里海岸線的風景，在香山濱海地區，打造環保、綠能、生態、智慧，以及運動休閒、海鮮美食、親子遊憩與科學探索的「濱海生活紓壓帶」。
其中「1帶」分為溼地休閒區和香山生活紓壓區，利用全台最大溼地的天然條件，注入讓人感動、變化的景觀，整建成趣味多彩的休閒空間，同時打造擁有運動休閒、野外探索等以水為主題的公園，另增設8公里的自行車道以及划船垂釣區、戶外露營區。許明財也再次強調照顧長者、年輕人及婦女的決心，包括2017年前設籍者都不設排富條款外，安老津和年節慰問金從3萬8000元提高到4萬2000元。為鼓勵生育，凡領媽媽手冊者就給「營養金」3萬元。
